The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans. Install the site improvements to provide a propane fueling station and a bus CDL training area. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2 phases: • Phase 1 – Propane Fueling Station to be completed by July 31, 2020 • Phase 2 – CDL Training Pad and associated site-work by August 18, 2020
