Description: PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Franklin County Fiscal Court is soliciting proposals from telephone system vendors for services relating to the installation of a hybrid Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system for the Franklin County Fiscal Court. Services will include, but are not limited to, the following:  Installation of a hybrid VoIP telephone system capable of serving eleven (11) separate locations  Hardware and software necessary to run the system  Owner training of completed system  Other services as assigned by the Fiscal Court. Five bound copies of the Proposal, not to exceed 30 pages, must be submitted to the Franklin County Fiscal Court, 321 West Main Street, Frankfort, KY 40601, Attention: Huston Wells, Judge/Executive, no later than 10:00 a.m. local time, on April 15, 2016. All submittals shall be clearly marked “Proposal-Telephone System”. Submittal of proposals received after the specified date and time will be rejected as not conforming to the advertisement requests. Statements should include a description of the firm’s capabilities and experience in the field of telephone system installation (20 pts.), the firm’s location (20 pts.), ability to provide responsive service to the Franklin County Fiscal Court (20 pts.) and cost (20 pts). Vendors responding to the request will be ranked according to the written information submitted. The Franklin County Fiscal Court will enter into negotiations with the highest ranked vendor in an attempt to execute a contract. If the parties are unable to negotiate a satisfactory agreement, the second ranked firm will be promptly notified. Project Specifications may be obtained from the office of the County Judge/Executive, 321 West Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601, or on the Franklin County web site at franklincounty.ky.gov.
