Description: Union County High School is seeking bids for a partial roof replacement. Bidding instruments including plans, specifications and contract documents will be avaiable Monday September 11, 2023 and placed online at Builders Exchange of Tennessee www.bxtn.org and Dodge Plan Room www.construction.com.  Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained with appointment for bidding purposes at the office of Roof Design Works, Inc., 104 Luke Leinart Lane, Rocky Top, Tennessee 37769, (865) 584-6682 upon deposit of $350.00 per set, payable to Roof Design Works, Inc. This deposit will be refunded only to the unsuccessful bidders, tendering a bona fide bid, upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the bids have been received. The successful bidder shall forfeit plan deposit of $350.00.
