Description:

Remove phosphorus from Doctors Lake in the St. Johns River by use of an advanced effluent treatment process. Payments under this contract will be based on performance – remuneration to the Successful Respondent will be based on independently measured quantities of phosphorus removed from wastewater effluent prior to reclaimed use or discharge into Doctors Lake. The Successful Respondent will procure the services of a separate contractor to confirm the quantities removed by the Successful Respondent. The estimated budget for the project is $1,500,000 for the first year of performance. The contract may be renewed for five additional one-year terms based on funding availability and Governing Board approval.
