Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB#8294 McCarthy School Roof Replacement and Associated Work. The project work consists of the partial renovation of the existing roof consisting of removing a portion of the existing roofing system and the installation of an new roofing system for the educational facility. The building shall be designed and constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for the Miriam F. McCarthy School 8 Flagg Drive, Framingham, MA 01702.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Miriam F. McCarthy School, 8 Flagg Drive, Framingham, MA 01702 at the Main Entrance Exterior.
