Description: 1. The purpose of the Request for Production (RFP) is to establish a vendor for supplying HVAC air filters
throughout the District for a period of three (3) years.
2. Contract to begin October 1, 2022 and end September 30, 2025.
3. This contract may be extended for one (1) additional year, up to two years if both parties agree for a total
of no more than five years.
4. All opened RFP’s will remain on file at Support Services Maintenance Department.
5. This is a Prime Vendor Bid.
