Description: This is a request for bids to install a total of two (2) Pole Barns including Concrete Slabs at Brittany Woods Park 170 Byrd Drive, Callaway, FL 32404 as follows:
AG Panel (Tuff Rib) panels or PBR roof material is acceptable, as long as they meet 140 MPH requirements, unless otherwise noted.

Two (2) Pole Barns – Location per plans and confirm with the City of Callaway.
• 2 - 16’x 30’x 9’
• 8 - 6”x6” poles (pressure treated ground contact)
• 4 - Steel clear span trusses
• 2x6 purlin 24” on center
• Install 26g. PBR roof metal (galvalume) Copper Colored Metallic
• Permits and architectural drawings

Two (2) Concrete Slabs
• 2- 18’x34’x4”
• 3000 PSI Broom Finish
• Sloped to back side for drainage
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Clean up & removal of all debris created by this scope of work.
2. Costs to include Permitting.
3. Vendor will provide all materials associated with the project.
