Response: A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 9 a.m.

Question: Regarding the bid, do you want the ventilation goose vents taken out or replace them or add the single over vent on top?
Response: The plumbing system has offset vents that are integrated into the building design. We will proceed with the reroofing project without altering the design or envelope. Please see the photos for reference, they will be posted as an addition.
