Description: The City of Framingham invites responses to RFQ #7867 Designer Services from a qualified Architectural Services firm to provide Design Services for a Centralized Dispatch Facility. The existing dispatches are currently separate and located at Fire Station 1 and Police Headquarters. The City of Framingham has acquired an adjacent building to City Hall located at 188 Concord Street, Framingham, MA 01702. The City of Framingham’s main focus is combining both of Framingham's dispatches and providing the ability to have expansion for other communities to join and become a Regional Dispatch Center. An accelerated time table of document preparation will be a high priority of this overall project request. The City seeks a designer with demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a municipal environment to achieve desired outcomes.
