Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 9:00 AM CDT. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro. 4 While the meeting is not mandatory, attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is strongly encouraged. There will be a presentation at the pre-proposal meeting that will provide information related to the City of Murfreesboro including demographics, call volume, Murfreesboro Fire Rescue station locations and resources, 911 system, etc. Additionally, a question and answer session will be offered at the preproposal conference.
