Description:

EL MONTE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”) invites and will receive sealed bids for the award of a contract for Bid No. 2020-21(B12), Nutanix Servers and Related Materials, Supplies and Services, up to but not later than, December 8, 2020, at 10:00a.m. (PDT) (“Bid Submission Deadline”).

 

All bids must be submitted via the Vendor Registry web portal. Prospective Bidders shall register their company on Vendor Registry at https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/el-monte-union-high-school-dist-ca-vendor-registration.

 

There will be NO pre-bid conference.

 

Prospective Bidders shall have the option to submit contracts that have been awarded, multiple service schedules or formal bids listing equipment and services similar to those called for in this solicitation. 

 

a.    The awards must be valid, current and piggybackable. 

b.    Awards must have been awarded in the State of California or have a California Participating Addendum/ Amendment.

 

Requests for Information (“RFI”):  Questions and clarifications must be received by November 20, 2020, at 12:00p.m.(PDT).  RFI’s must be submitted through the Vendor Registry portal or via email to purchasing@emuhsd.org.  Responses to RFI’s will be posted on Vendor Registry and the District’s Purchasing webpage.

 

All addenda shall be posted on the Purchasing webpage and on the Vendor Registry website. It shall be the Prospective Bidder’s responsibility to check the Purchasing website or the Vendor Registry website for any addenda, revisions or updates.

 

Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned.

 

The Bid package is available at no cost by accessing the DISTRICT’s Purchasing webpage at www.emuhsd.org/bids; however, Bidders are advised to download at the Vendor Registry website.  No phone calls please.
