Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for the turnkey installation of an Interactive Water Feature Splash pad at the Spartanburg Downtown Airport. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Complete turnkey design/build of an interactive water feature splash pad. Splash pad must be a minimum of 1700 square feet concrete surface area. Contractor will prepare site and install a complete, functional Interactive Splash Pad with zero depth using a non-recycling water system with an airport theme. Working Drawings as required for construction permitting, including but not necessarily limited to Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing; in compliance with the City of Spartanburg Building Code and all other applicable codes and Federal and State of South Carolina Regulatory agency requirements.
