-- Torrance Unified School District is requesting sealed bids from licensed contractor for concrete replacement and drainage repair in three areas, crack repair, and slurry seal existing playground area at Casimir Middle School.

--  Required Licenses: Bid Package #1 - Site Demo, Concrete and Asphalt - B, or C-8, or C-12       Bid Package #2 - Plumbing and Site Utilities - C-36

*** The District will receive up to, but not later than Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 2:00:00 pm sealed Bid Proposals at Torrance Unified School District, Purchasing Department, North of 2336 Plaza del Amo, Torrance, CA  90501  (mailing address: 2335 Plaza del Amo)  ***

--  Prequalification - Add Bidding Contractors must prequalify.  Subcontractors with B or C-36 licenses must prequalify.  To prequalify you must submit a complete prequalification package through PQBids website:  https://pqbids.com/Torrance-usd/  no later than ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening.
