Overview: Is the last item of the Operational Repair and the last item of the Cosmetic Repair the same item and is it located in the lowest bowl of the structure?
No they are not the same item. The ring with the comet nozzles is located in the pool at the bottom.
Are the 25 "Comet" nozzles to distribute water within that bowl or vertical display?
The 25 “Comet” nozzles are to distribute water within the vertical display.
