INTENT - It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a piping contractor to perform stormwater drainage improvements related to the upgrade of the stormwater infrastructure on Anchors Street NW, Lovejoy Road NW and the connection between them within the Chromalloy Phase II Subdivision in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This ITB has been revised from the previous ITB to reflect two changes:
4.1.1 Performance time has been extended to six (6) months from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
4.1.2 Liquidated damages have been reduced to $100.00 per day.
