The City of Raton, New Mexico is seeking proposals for the purpose of providing a community fireworks display on July 4, 2025 at Roundhouse Memorial Park. The Fourth of July Celebration is a free event put on for the citizens of Raton, as well as attracting out of town visitors to our community. The service provider should specialize in performing community event type firework displays. Prospective service providers will undergo a competitive selection process in order to be awarded the contract. The city will consider the materials submitted by service providers by taking into consideration their responsiveness, creativity, price and responsibility.

The City of Raton shall receive sealed proposals in the Office of the City Clerk until 5:00 P.M., on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at the following location:

The RFP shall be available at http://www.ratonnm.gov/, or by contacting the Office of the City of Raton Chief Procurement Officer. A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be held, proposers may obtain additional information by contacting Michael Anne Antonucci at (575) 445-9551. The scope of work and the criteria for selection are described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). City of Raton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.
