Question 1

Posted: 3/26/2025

Question: The solicitation mentions 60-day tasking vs. a more standard 90-day tasking for preventative maintenance. Just to be clear, are you asking for 6 filter changes per year vs. 4? Is there a filter list available? The solicitation also mentions 500 hours of non-contract service hours. Are we to include this cost in the bid as a book of hours to be drawn against throughout the year? Are site visits allowed, and if so, who do we contact to set up an appointment?

Response: This will be included in addendum No. 2 being published later today. Site visits will not be held, as this would be unfeasible due to the number of buildings and equipment.
