Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office is seeking proposals on behalf of the County to provide tax-exempt fixed rate loans, at the lowest overall borrowing cost, pursuant to certain conditions as determined by the County. The capital equipment and construction purchases are in line with Santa Rosa County’s capital outlay plan.  The County intends to award continuing services to no fewer than three (3) lending institutions to be called upon at the time financing is required.
