Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing Surveying services for the Cammie Clagett Courts Redevelopment Area. The area encompasses 28 buildings that will be sub-divided. The selected firm will survey the property included in the Redevelopment area as labeled on the enclosed maps to provide a boundary survey, a topographical survey, and a new subdivision survey, as well as preliminary and final plats.
