This RFP is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms, businesses or individuals for the provision of Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services to assist the County here after referred to as “County” or “Okeechobee County”, with Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services.

It is the intent and purpose of the County that this RFP promotes competitive selection. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to advise the Okeechobee County if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single source.
