Description:

To provide all labor, materials and equipment to construct the Youth Care Lane Sidewalk Improvements ADA Transition Plan project. The work consists of removal and reconstruction of approximately five hundred and eighteen (518) linear feet of concrete sidewalk, installing approximately fifty-three (53) linear feet of new concrete sidewalk, installation of detectable warning surfaces, and installation of sod within the rights-of-way of Youth Care Lane as depicted in Exhibit A. Maintenance of traffic will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall have forty (45) days to complete the Project after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. 

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 4/16/2020 1:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday; April 16, 2020. This meeting can be accessed through Microsoft Teams Meeting by calling 904-638-2711 (toll) and logging into Conference call ID: 849-202-754# Due to health concerns and out of respect for everyone’s safety, an in-person meeting will not be held. Instead a teleconference meeting will be held to fulfill the same purpose.
