Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Pre-bid conference meetings will be held on February 9, 2024, at 1:00pm starting at the Bristol Justice Center, 801 Anderson Street, Bristol, TN 37620. Attendees will then travel to Blountville Justice Center (140 Blountville Bypass, Blountville, TN), Kingsport Justice Center (200 Shelby Street, Kingsport, TN) and the General Sessions Clerk’s Office in Kingsport (225 E. Center Street, Kingsport, TN).
