Description: Okaloosa County on behalf of its Water and Sewer Department (“OCWS”) is seeking an HMI application for monitoring and controlling remote Programmable Logic Controllers, to replace an existing legacy application. The HMI application should provide modern prebuilt graphics and not rely solely on Symbol Factory, prebuilt legacy graphics. HMI application should not be system resource intensive and support at least 30 concurrent active users. The application should be sold directly to OCWS and supported by the software manufacturer, without the need of a third-party seller or authorized distributor.
