Description:

This is an indefinite quantity, time and materials contract supplemental to work done by APS mechanical personnel and will be primarily used for service work for boiler repair and maintenance, including controls and components, temperature control systems, thermostats, pumps, related piping, valves, etc. Contractor will, upon request, furnish all permits, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to identify problem(s) and perform repair, maintain/service/clean, weekly inspections, work as individual situations demand for proper operation.
