City of Raton, Pickleball Courts

Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by City of Raton for the Pickleball Courts Project. The work shall generally consist of: Build new pickleball courts northeast of Raton Regional Aquatic Center, including earthwork, post-tensioned concrete slab, pickleball nets, posts and court markings, perimeter concrete header and fence, pedestrian gates, interior fence, trash receptacles, sidewalk and culvert.

Registered bidders can download the bid documents for this project (QuestCDN Project No. 9271263) for a nonrefundable fee of $22. Contact QuestCDN at (952) 233-1632 for any questions concerning their website. The QuestCDN Project Q&A will be the official venue for posting questions and answers. Questions posted to the Engineer after September 10, 2024 may not be answered.

Bids will be received and accepted by sealed paper copy delivered to office of the Chief Procurement Officer as follows until September 17, 2024 at 3:00 pm. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Project bid documents can be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
