Description: It is the intent of the County within the existing location of Vista Park to repair all damage caused by Hurricane Sally consistent with the contract, plans, specifications, subject to County Technical Specifications and FEMA requirements: Including to repave the parking lot and replace curb and adjacent sidewalk to provide for safe and convenient use for all persons and be compliant with all ADA and Universal Access regulations; Ensure that parking stripes, stop blocks, signage, and pedestrian path markings are replaced to pre-storm capacity; Reconstruct the seawall pile cap and any adjacent sidewalk consistent with ADA and Universal Access regulations, And, any other details provided for in the Plans.
