The City of Willard is accepting sealed bids to provide a 5-year cleaning and inspection program for 3 water storage towers within the Willard water distribution system. Contact Dave O’Connor, Public Works Director at (417) 844-4936 for further information. Proposals will be opened Thursday October 18, 2018 in the council chambers at 2:00 p.m. The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
