Description: The objective of this project is to stabilize the east side slope of the Apopka-Beauclair Canal (AB) Canal West Levee, located south of the AB Canal lock and dam in Lake County, using a geosynthetic stabilization product. Minimum specifications for the geosynthetic stabilization material are included in the Statement of Work, Attachment A to the form of Agreement herein.

The estimated budget for this project is $200,000. Staff’s recommendation of award will be presented to the District’s Governing Board on January 9, 2024. All construction is expected to be completed by May 31, 2024.
