Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by Raton Water Works for the Brilliant-Hart Waterline Replacement Project in Raton, NM. The work shall generally consist of: Abandon in place existing 12” Steel waterline along Brilliant Street and Hart Ave. from Tiger Drive to S. 2nd Street; install new 10” C-900 waterline within close proximity and tie into existing lateral and service lines.

Sealed bids shall be received at the office of the General Manager as follows until July 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
