NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Liberty Street Streetscape Project in the City of Spartanburg.
Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows:
The demolition and removal of existing improvements, including concrete sidewalk, street trees, curb & gutter, asphalt, etc. The project includes the installation of approximately 650 L.F. of 18” concrete curb & gutter. Construction of the new concrete sidewalk approximately 600 S.Y. Modification of 1 Catch Basin and the installation of electrical conduit. With 2 alternate bid items for additional construction: 1. The removal and replacement of 500 S.Y. of concrete sidewalk and 2. The construction of approximately 350 L.F. of SCDOT 4’ concrete median.
