Description: It is the intention of Greenwood School District 50 to select one contractor to
provide expertise in the Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase
Services ("CM at Risk") for the demolition of the current field house and construction of the New
Greenwood High Field House along with a new backstop for the GHS baseball field. This work shall be performed pursuant to an AIA form contract, with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Greenwood High School 1816 Cokesbury Rd Greenwood SC 29649. Please park and enter at Athletic Field Gate Entrance on the right side of the school.
