2. In CCG’s current broker arrangements, what is working and what is not? We are very pleased with the service provided by our current broker

3. How much compensation has been paid annually to the current broker over the prior 3 years? This information is not available for disclosure.

4. Can you outline your goals and strategies for your benefits program? To provide a rich benefit program that is affordable for the agency and for the employees.

5. Is CCG’s medical program self-funded or fully insured? Fully Insured

6. What is the effective date(s) for your insurance program? July 1st

7. What insurance carriers does CCG utilize for medical, dental, life, disability and vision? Cigna (medical, dental, life, disability), Eyemed

8. Will CCG provide your current benefits guide? Yes

9. Will CCG expand on what your HRIS system/enrollment looks like? Open enrollment was conducted through a benefits portal in Paycom. 10. How does CCG handle FMLA (in-sourced or out-sourced)? If outsourced, which vendor does CCG use? Internally managed.

11. How many eligible employees does CCG have and how many are enrolled in the medical program? Total Employees Enrolled in Medical Plan: 298; Approximately 400 eligible employees

12. Can CCG define references and proposer’s references as outlined in the RFP? Existing clients that can speak to their experience with proposer.

13. Does CCG want proposals only electronically? Yes

14. Will CCG provide a copy of the most recent annual claims report and final renewal summary? Will be released upon request.  Send request to scusick@ccgroup.org.  No analysis of this information is required as part of the RFP.

15. Will CCG consider the utilization of MBE/WBE/HUB subcontractors when assigning points? Yes

Specifically, does this refer to the Specifications/Scope of Work beginning on page 8? Or does it included all the RFP text? Kindly provide direction.
