Description: Dorchester County is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for a one-year term contract, with up to four additional one year terms, to provide exterior cleaning services at the Ashley River Park, located in Summerville, SC, and the Davis-Bailey Park, located in Saint George, SC. Work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions detailed in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.The Pre-Bid meeting at the Davis-Bailey Park located at 125 Academy Road, St. George, SC, shall be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 9:00 AM EST. Meeting spot will be at the basketball courts. Upon conclusion of Davis-Bailey Park meeting, bidders will be required to attend the Pre-Bid meeting at Ashley River Park. Meeting spot will be in front of Park Office Building.
