Site walk-thru(s) of the Portage West Middle School Servery to be held as follows:

February 6, 2024 – Immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting

Sealed bids will be received until Monday, February 19, 2024 at 1:00 PM local time, at the Portage Public Schools Administration Building, 8107 Mustang Drive, Portage, MI 49002. A public opening will be conducted beginning at 1:01 PM at the Portage Public Schools Administration Building, where bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted.

All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Portage Public Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement.

Portage Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bid(s) they deem in the best interest of Portage Public Schools.
