Description: The City of Laurinburg is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and interested firms to provide engineering and consulting services for various water and wastewater system improvement projects. These projects are projected to be funded with a combination of local, state, and federal funds. The City of Laurinburg intends to select a qualified consultant(s) to provide engineering design services based on the project details and evaluation criteria listed in the detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
