The group of members includes Laurinburg. A complete list of local governmental units and other information can be found on the ElectriCities’ website at www.electricities.com. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., Attn: Ms. Clarice Wilson, 1427 Meadow Wood Blvd., Raleigh, NC, 27604. Late bids will not be accepted. ElectriCities reserve the right to reject any and all bids on behalf of the local governmental units.
