The City of Willard is accepting sealed bids for a Folder Inserter machine for City Hall.    Contact Carolyn Halverson, Finance Director, at 417-742-5301 for further information. Proposals will be opened December 5, 2018 in the council chambers at 3:00 p.m.  The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. A recommendation award will be presented to the Board of Aldermen December 10, 2018.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
