Question: Clause 6.2 of the Bid Scope specifies submittals are due within a week of the bid award, including Revit source files for shop drawings. Is this a hard time frame, or can there be an extension?

Question: Hello, The RFP and drawings are impressively detailed, which we appreciate, however we do have a few of questions: 1) On pg 14, Section 3.3, the Equipment List, under Rec Center/Basketball Area, lists (12) QSC AD-S6T-WH surface mount speakers as OFE. However, on pg 5, line 2.2.2 the Project Scope lists the QSC pendant speakers as OFE. Can you please confirm which is OFE? 2)On pg 19, Section 3.10 spec's (2) AD-S6T in white and (1) AD-S12 in black. Are these the correct colors needed? 3)Pg 20, Section 3.13 specifies (1) MISC Microphone Bundle - 4 Handhelds - 2 Instruments - 2 Wireless. Can you please clarify? 4)Pg 20, Section 3.13 also specifies (1) TBD Portable Rack with DSP and (1) Core110F QSC Digital Sound Processor. We're assuming you would like a portable rack mounted with the Touchmix 16, microphones and QSC Core. Can you please confirm? 5)Most of the speakers in the Equipment List are spec'd as white, but the mounts are spec'd as black. Is this correct, or would you prefer the mounts to be white as well?

Response: Yes, It is a plenum ceiling.

Response: Projected timeline for completion is 6 weeks. We are asking for a start date in the month of August, 2020.
