The Governing Board of the St. Johns River Water Management District (the "District"), requests that interested parties respond to the solicitation below by 2:00 p.m., March 12, 2020. The District is seeking proposals for the most cost-effective turnkey solution to migrate all wide area network links, Internet link, Managed Security, Voice services and associated Customer Premise Equipment to a redundant and survivable network solution provided by the Successful Respondent. The District anticipates making an award for 36 months. The District may renew the contract for one or more 24-month terms. The initial renewal will be contingent on a 25% reduction for all monthly recurring costs. Additional renewals, if any, will be contingent on a 15% reduction for all monthly recurring costs.
