Description: Carlsbad Municipal Schools (CMS) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional on-site vehicle washing services for CMS district vehicles used by staff and administrative personnel. This contract may be awarded to more than one vendor if it is determined to be in the best interest of the district. An award resulting from this RFP does not guarantee work; services will only be provided upon request by the CMS district. The offeror
shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, and equipment required to perform the vehicle washing services. The district will not supply any materials, equipment, or support for these services. The initial term of the agreement will cover one school year and may be renewed for up to three (3) additional school years, which begin on July 1, 20xx and end on June 30, 20xx. RFP renewals for each school year must be mutually agreed upon by both parties before July 1, 20xx of each subsequent year. Annual renewals are contingent on approval of the Board of Education.
