Description: Williamson County is accepting bids for the renovation of portions of two Williamson County Health Department buildings. The Franklin location, 1324 West Main Street, Franklin, TN 37064 and the Fairview location, 2629 Fairview Boulevard, Fairview, TN 37062. This project is funded under a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee and Williamson County ARPA funds. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Franklin location on July 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened August 6, 2024, 2:00 P.M. The bid documents may be obtained at the Architect/Engineer’s office by contacting Jared Brown, jbrown@woldae.com, Wold Architects and Engineers.
