Description: Beaufort County’s Bluffton Fire District is requesting bids for construction services from qualified contactors for the construction of a new fire station on Sawmill Creek road in Bluffton SC, as listed in the design documents. The construction will include, but is not limited to the following; the complete turn key construction of a metal building consisting of 3,720 sq. under roof and solid surface driveways to access the structure. This building will be utilized to house four firefighters and one fire apparatus twenty four hours a day. The District will be looking for two bids from vendors on this building project. One as a metal building with metal wall panels and one as a metal building with concrete stucco finish on the front elevation. This will also include the installation of a fire suppression system and fire detection system. All ADA regulations must be met.
