Description: The City of Willard is accepting sealed bids to provide Grading of the Lower Recreational Center Baseball Field at the REC Center, 233 N. State Hwy Z, Willard, MO. Contact JC Loveland, Parks Director at 417-742-5381 for further information. Proposals will be opened February 17, 2017 in the council chambers at 3:00 p.m. The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. An award recommendation will be presented to the Board of Aldermen on February 27, 2017. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
