Description: The City of Lakeland is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications from firms in connection with the City’s SRF & TDEC ARPA Oliver Creek Interceptor project. Award of the market data and appraisal services contract will be based on qualifications of the firm in consideration of the following factors:
• Appraiser has no interest in the property, nor be related to, nor in business with anyone having an interest, or an apparent interest, in the property to be acquired;
• Be qualified, reputable, and professional;
• Belong to a professional organization that has a code of ethics and provide a current license; and
• Have previous experience in doing similar types of market data brochures and appraisals as will be required by the project.
