Sealed bids for Parking Lot Improvements - Sanitation & Public Works - Bid No.: 023-010 will be received by the City of Prattville at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, until 3:30 pm, Thursday, August 3, 2023, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud at said location.

The bracket estimate on this project is from $275,000 to $300,000. This bracket range is shown only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies concerning the project’s complexity and size. This bracket should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will this bracket have any bearing on the decision to award the contract. The principal items of work are approximate as follows: 2,600 SY of Parking Lot Grade, Drain, Base, and Pave 1,015 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter. The entire project shall be completed in 30 working days.

To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the owner. Bid documents (including plans and proposals) are available through the digital plan room at Alabama Graphics, www.algraphicplanroom.com. Bid documents are on file at Prattville Public Works, 530 Doster Road, Prattville, AL 36067. No bid documents will be distributed later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled opening of bids.

All bids and proposals SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s license number, license expiration date, category, address and name of the project. Envelopes containing bids and proposals must be addressed as follows, and delivered to:
