Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment and perform all operations necessary for all painting work specified including the painting of Hardie siding, stucco surfaces, exterior of all exterior doors, the eaves of the building, and all painted wood surfaces. The building shall be pressure washed and cracks filled with commercial grade caulk before application of paint.
