Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the Tourist Information Center Lighting System Retrofit Project - Project No. COR00022-01. The work shall generally consist of retrofit of existing ceiling mounted lighting throughout the Tourist Information Center, and legal and proper disposal of existing fixtures and fluorescent bulbs. Retrofit shall include provision and installation of all retrofitted lighting components and appurtenances and electrical/ structural modifications required for a functional operational system.

Sealed bids shall be received until Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Manager as follows:

Sealed bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening.
