Description: The City of Springfield is accepting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a classification and compensation plan. Proposals will be received in the office of the Assistant City Manager at City Hall, 405 North Main St., Springfield, TN 37172, until 4:00 pm on Friday, September 4, 2015.
