Description: The purpose of the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is for Wayland Union Schools District (collectively the “School District” or “Owner”) to obtain proposals from qualified Vendors to provide and install fencing as listed for the Softball and Baseball fields:
Softball Field:
• Replace 793 feet of chain link all parts and rail except posts.
• One new 12’ double swing gate on existing posts.
• New backstop 40’ wide X 20’ tall plus 6’ overhang. Includes demo of old backstop and backstop posts.
• Includes reinstallation of green top cap.
Baseball Field:
• Replace 1,101 feet of chain link all parts and rail except posts.
• Supply 6 posts for fence rework need for 6’ fence above.
• One new 12’ double swing gate on existing posts.
• One new 4’ walk gates on your existing posts.
• Includes reinstallation of green top cap.
