The City of Avondale is issuing this Request For Qualifications seeking statements of qualifications from qualified, licensed Construction Manager at Risk firms interested in providing Construction Manager At Risk for design phase review and complete construction services related to the Community Center Renovation and other items as deemed necessary by the City as more particularly described in the Request for Qualifications.
